Can anyone shed any light on how to claim your prize?
Was lucky enough to win £200 in the draw yesterday but Margaret in the office didn`t know much about it and just said someone will be in touch.
Seems a bit weird to win a prize that you can`t collect 👀👀🤔
Thanks in advance....

To be fair to Margaret, I believe her responsibilities are on the hospitality and catering side of things, not the office or marketing.
I would think that when the commercial folk are back in the office, they will be in touch with all the season ticket prize winners, as they will have all the contact details - trying to do that on the Saturday post-match is unrealistic.

Stanza,
Not having a go at Margaret she does a great job.
But you win the 50/50 and you get your prize that day.
Seems a weird way to do a competition....

The last time I won it, I received an e-mail on the Monday asking for my bank details for a bank transfer and received the money the same day.
