From his post-match interview today, I feel optimistic that NL will be our manager next season. Some have commented that he seemed a bit flat - yes, about the game - first half in particular. These drab games we`ve had are not his style he says. "I like my teams to attack." That`s not the same as saying, "I`m gonna have to make us into a much more attacking team next season." But when asked if he knows what needs to be done, he says, "Yeh, watch this space."
I suppose he`s not gonna say too much because he`ll have contract negotiations to go through. But I think our owners will want him to stay and I`d be surprised if they don`t make a satisfactory offer to him.

When Ngwenya made a brilliant run in the first half i noticed Neil 👏 clapped to him and he made sure Kieran got the applause. I for one am buzzing he`s took to our club like he has his interview after yesterday`s game was the indication to me that he wants this club to tick under his watch. He`s no here for the bants anymore.

I`d be very surprised if the Pars didn`t thrash out an agreement with Lennon that there would be an extended contract for him to sign, as long as we stayed up. I`d imagine he`ll happily sign that in the coming weeks, allowing him full control of his squad so that he`ll decide which players will be retained and which will be released.
Of course, if he hasn`t already signed a new contract, there`s always an outside chance that a EPL club could make him a mega offer and he would be daft not to take it. I think he`ll be at EEP for the next 2 or 3 seasons. If he`s given a decent budget, he`ll get us promoted and hopefully established in the Premiership.
Not your average Sunday League player.
