There is a rule in MLS where you can add players to a `discovery list` which means you get first dibs on the player when they decide to come to MLS
So... Thomas Muller the famous German wants to come to MLS and play for Vancouver but is being stopped for signing for them as Cincinatti FC hold his `discovery` rights for uneartheing such a talent LOL - Yeah thats right, the Cincinatti FC who was founded in 2015 and start playing in 2017
5 years after he won best young player & golden ball at 2010 WC and came 3rd
1 year after he won the WC with Germany
Some bizarre rules over here - so Vancouver have to pay Cincinatti a fee for discovering the World Cup Winner :-)
