I love my wee AI experiments, what do folk think of this idea? Bit of a work in progress....It`s an automated summary of all main bits of Pars news from the past 24 hours delivered to your inbox. Would love feedback.
THE PARS NEWS UPDATE - October 3, 2025
🔴 MANAGER PREVIEWS QUEEN`S PARK
Source: https://dafc.co.uk/manager-previews-queens-park-8/
Neil Lennon remains confident despite three consecutive defeats, insisting The Pars are on the right track ahead of Saturday`s match against Queen`s Park at KDM Group East End Park.
Key quotes from the manager:
- "I think we`ve been really unfortunate in the three games. When I look at the St Johnstone game, we played really well, the width of the post denied us a point against a good team."
- "The last two games we`ve shot ourselves in the foot by going down to ten men. We`ve hit the woodwork in the three games as well."
- "Our finishing was poor on Saturday, considering the quality of chances that we created but I`m happy with the quality of chances that we created."
Lennon believes The Pars have a good chance of making the playoffs despite the current run of form.

Very good and worthwhile.
Two questions - Is it likely to be 100% reliable, given that AI gets in a muddle at times.?
I would like to read more, e.g. about the fans meeting at the Alhambra. Would it be possible to put a hot link with each item, for readers to click on and read more. I know I can look for that article myself, just would make it super-easy if you were able to provide hot links.
Good work, well done Johanisk.

I do love it. I wouldn’t pay for it. You would have to raise your money through sponsored ads I think. Otherwise it will be an expensive ( time) hobby.

Could something like that be integrated into the app? I suspect there wouldn`t be enough news for an email every day but you could use the AI to check for new stories and update the app via a feed potentially.

Thanks so much for all the feedback.
It`s a bit of an ongoing experiment, it should generate a new "bulletin" at 8am every day. Will be interesting to see if it only shows new stuff. If it does, then I`ll try to post it each morning and then eventually get it to post automatically to the board.
It can add links where it can and I`ll be working on improving that. It also seems to be able to get behind pay walls to summarise stories that I wasn`t always able to read.
As far as AI making stuff up, it should be fine as it`s only trained to use reliable sources.
It`s just a bit of geeky fun at the moment, not thinking i`ll be retiring soon off it! Might set up a mailing list thing for folk that want it.
I set another one up for a St Mirren supporting pal, took no time at all!

Ask AI to search for Dunfermline on NewsNow. That’s a pretty reliable source for up to date Pars news.
