I am currently in spain and logged in to purchase months sub so I can watch todays game but it is saying I am in England so not alllowing me. Is this my phone settings cause issue or other?

I`m in Switzerland, system says I`m in the US, also says that I`m multiple logged in?

Hi Swisspar,
the vagaries of IP addresses, location such as that is not an issue.
I checked the system and you were logged in on two Android devices.
if you need to swap devices you are much better logging out.
the system checks for multiple logins and you will get blocked or dropped from the stream.
I`ll reset the system for your account.

thanks for info, i might be better forcing a logout of other device when logging in again. something i`ll look at the system to see how to improve.
