Yes, it`s crying out for someone to come in and run it better.
Chansiri bankrolled them, but it all seemed random spending, and he got bored, it`s a massive club, with a run down stadium yet huge- again I would imagine it`s very attractive - even though they will get relegated.
Both the Sheffield clubs have very big support, it`s a football hotbed that`s been starved of any real success.
