I have been of the opinion for a long time that top end of championship is where the fun is - and I don`t quite want to get promoted only to get pumped by the old firm and struggle against most teams , most weeks.
Well done Falkirk - holding their own in that league.
IF, if we got promoted with a bit of the same backing from our owners for the appropriate league, getting promoted might be quite fun!

I watched Killie v Dundee Utd last night and thought both sides were very poor , anytime I have seen Aberdeen on tv they look awful, nothing to fear in the bottom half of the Premier.

Falkirk held their own but I suspect the main talking point will be how bad Rangers were. I didn`t see the game but from what I heard on the radio it sounds like it was a snooze fest and there was a suggestion that Rangers are still rubbish despite the change in manager.
I`ve said it many times now, but Celtic and Rangers have ruined the Scottish leagues and it`s finally coming back to bite them now. Other leagues are more competitive and exciting and garner more interest from TV. Celtic and Rangers have spent that past century eroding any competition to the point that every year is a race to see who finishes third. The only downside to either of those clubs going bust would be the knuckle draggers who support them in Dunfermline might start coming to Pars games and spray painting Pars nonsense on every road sign and wall in Fife.

I didn`t watch the game Jake - I should have maybe waited to post- I am referring to the season so far.
You are right about the stranglehold and race for 3rd of course. Much of the reasons I haven`t wanted to get promoted.

The lower league stuff is only fun if you`re winning it, or at least promotion.
I don`t want "fun" I want the excitement and terror of the top league where a severe pumpin is always a game away and the good days remembered for a lifetime.
