Does NL`s ban prevent him from doing the post-match interviews? IB did the media interview as well. It will be interesting to see if this also happens after the next three games.

It`s a bit of a worry that IB had no real explanation as to why we were unable to capitalise on going in front.

Brunskill needs to open his eyes. He never saw that result coming. Every man and their dug has seen that coming for weeks.

The team needs kick up the rear. There certain folk starting every week that are either unfit or just not up for it at the moment. Not naming names.

I think he gave a very honest appraisal of the game, Bertie. I said on the match thread that too many players were not at their best and we badly missed Gilmour in midfield and Bene`s experience at the back. He obviously is still some way short of match fitness, or he would surely have come on for Abdulai?

Not your average Sunday League player.

Although performances haven’t been great recently, nobody saw that coming….certainly nobody on the 3 forums I use, Facebook and X anyway.

It was very fair assessment by IB imho.

On the Game v Arbroath thread :

“Date: Thu 4 Dec 22:20

Think this will be close, we will miss Gilmour and might see an away win.”

I thought their keeper might have got across to stop Barney`s header going in. For their first goal Kabongolo was surrounded by defenders but nobody jumped to challenge his header. For the second one it looked like JCM was marking him but again he made no real challenge.

The events surrounding our free kick on the edge of the box are a bit inconclusive but it looked like the foul was committed outside the box. The pass to Todd was a surprise but it might have come off if Mebude hadn`t got across to block his shot.

Watching it back I`m wondering the same as I did at the time - It looks like Caceres feels the tug on his shirt and maybe throws himself down? I think he possibly could have driven on at goal and tried to get a shot away? Don`t see enough of that from him.

It was a foul either way so I`m not complaining (I`ve moaned on here before about shirt pulling) but I`m not sure it meant he had to go down?
