Hammy, you could see what it meant to him at the end.

Hammy was worth his deal in the summer just for the last two derby games. He was brilliant in the game at East End too.

Mine too. Thought Hamilton was lucky to avoid a red at the end, personally.

Abdulai for me, lost count how many clearances he made.
You can tell it’s been a good all round performance when you see so many different names suggested.

Abdulai ,gets better every game but any of the defence were great today ,Understand the calm for Hamilton ,he can br a timebomb ,a few times today he would not stop challenging the ref ,when already on a yellow

I agree he probably should have seen a red late on but maybe having the captains armband saved him.
Other than that he epitomised what it means to play for the jersey.
He was outstanding and you could see our gaffer at the end hugging him knowing that exact thing.

I think what saved him was the fact he won the ball but the ref f**ked up and had lost complete control yet again. If thats a foul its a yellow so red.

Abdullai started well but struggled with Hamilton 2nd half.

Hard to pick one name, would maybe give it to Deniz for his saves.

Any of Abdulai, Ngwenya or Hamilton.

Got to credit Ngwenya for coming back in, never thought we’d see him playing for us again.

Gotta be the same back three for the next game.

I thought Robbie Fraser had a fine game, marauding down the left. His contribution can be overlooked at times, but he is consistently good. I think we are at our best when Fraser and Kearney are our wing-backs. Yesterday`s back three were sound as a pound. With those five fit, that`s a foundation to build a heck of a team around for the second half of the season. And they are all young

What`s the news with Shea Kearney`s injury?

Lots of good performances but for me MOM is a tie between Abdulai and Ngwenya.

Ngwenya is like a new signing... And a good one at that!

Hammy was a man possessed yesterday, absolutely brilliant. I’m not his biggest fan by a long shot but I can’t fault him yesterday.

I’ve been so impressed with Ngwenya over the last 2 games. He seems a perfect fit for the left sided centre half position. Exceptional again yesterday. He was strong, aggressive, showed his pace and his use of the ball was top notch. Like someone said above he’s genuinely like a new signing. He’s never a left back or left wing back IMO but he seems made for LCB.

I must admit when I seen Deniz was back in between the sticks I feared the worst but what a performance. I’m glad to say I was wrong. He never looked under pressure, distribution was good, on the whole, and 2 crucial saves, 1 in each half. He was coming for crosses and clearing what needed done.

I could go through the whole team but these 3 stood out.

Ngwenya for me too.

The back three were excellent. There were a few times Abdulai wasn`t in a great position or lost his man and I saw Ngwenya was coaching him a bit. Made me smile because Ngwenya is the `newbie`.

I thought ngwenya was a poor lb but he looks very good at cb. He was near enough faultless yesterday. Looks like some class management.

Abdulai for me. He won pretty much every header against Hamilton and was steady the whole game.

This is Andy Tod`s world and we are lucky to live in it.

Ngwenya for me, even it`s just to acknowledge his re-emergence from looking out of it.

I think the mere fact that there are two or three options for MoM says how far we have come despite the odd blip.

As a team everyone performed. The first half showed what the team is capable of. RR are going to come at you second half but it shows what you can do if you impose yourself on the opposition.
