Scotrail are apparently starting electrification works on the Fife line at midnight on Friday 16th. Great timing.
If I’m reading Scotrail website properly, journey times show a time of 3 (three) hours by replacement bus!
The Road Bridge will be extra busy anyway, and I’d suspect this’ll push more people including many Hibs fans, onto the roads.
Anyone else picked this up, or am I reading it wrong?

There’s a good few Pars fans come over the bridge. Getting over - and parking - could be a nightmare. Not sure how many have noticed.
Hibs pals certainly hadn’t!

Could maybe do with the club(s) and authorities working together to arrange something like a direct bus between halbeath park and ride and the ground? Hibs could encourage their fans to go there, allowing their movement to be organised.
Return bus could be parked just outside the road closure area so they can shoot off quickly.
Folk would still try to park all over the town but it might reduce some of it.

8 buses would cover c.500 people and they have sold around 4500 tickets

I usually park in Cherrybank area for home games but I will 100 percent be walking along for that game.
It’s going to be absolute carnage.
