Edinburgh City has an intriguing Facebook post saying, he`s back. 5pm, and a rail ticket saying, East Kilbride to Edinburgh Waverley.

Afterthought. It could of course be Ouzy See.

From your name, you follow Edinburgh City also? If so, is Ouzy See not the cult hero there? The love island guy.

If you follow them, the points deduction was over the top- this wasn`t a Hamilton situation.

The massive points deduction did City no favours, especially as the sole outstanding creditor was paid in full immediately. 6 points would have been much more realistic.
On the subject of Connor, I really don`t think NL has given him much of a chance in comparison to certain other players. I know from contacts that he is a decent lad with a good attitude and work ethic. I`d like to see him back at EEP.

The post on X has The Gambia flag, so it`s 1,000,000% Ouzy.

I`m pretty sure he`s on a longer contract, so there`s time.

I only saw him in a few games (I work overseas) and the rest on Pars TV, but he looked like the jump straight away was too much, just needed games

I have to say I was surprised he was loaned to a 4th tier side, he`s not a kid, it`s already known he can bang them in there, so a decent 3rd tier would have made more sense?

neils
I agree, 100%. A League 1 loan would have given him that extra step up. I believe he`s contracted for at least another year or eighteen months, so, as you say, there`s still time for him.

Connor has had his loan extended to the end of the season at East Kilbride whilst Sam Young’s loan at Tranent comes to an end and he’s off to EK, too.

Thought it was announced earlier this week that Sam Young`s loan had been extended at Tranent?

Big T Par may not agree but that must be seen as a `promotion` for Sam Young. The same thing happened with Freddie Rowe switching from Bo`ness to East Fife so the loan system`s working for these two.

In all the discussions about Barney Stewart wasn`t it mentioned that if he went on loan again this season it could only be to the Pars? These two switches suggest otherwise.

"You can only play for 2 clubs. Neither have made a first team appearance for Dunfermline this season"

taken from below but can add if they had played for us, the lowland league or lower does not count towards the two club rule.

Tranent announced the extension but I think it was only to the end of January whereas the EK move is to the end of the season.

Maybe SY will be paired with his old team-mate Rhys Breen at EK.
