Not entirely sure what I think of the multi club thing for us.
So far, there`s not been any compromise with the other clubs, if anything they should benefit each other, but I can see if we are a feeder club, any fans will be really annoyed.
Potentially it`s mutually beneficial, if we can get better players to become a regular top flight club with occasional European qualification, I will be extremely happy.
I don`t see much crossover though, A Bulgarian club ( with a history of youth development according to my Bulgarian colleagues) with little support, a 2nd tier Spanish club that`s been much lower recently, and look to be stable, also with top flight experience, and with a good support. And if reports Sheffield Wednesday, then that`s effectively a 3rd tier side, again with a very good support, and big potential.
I don`t really see where we fit in this, especially post Brexit (a curse for everyone!) and less freedom of movement (again a curse for everyone!) but the owners seem keen, and they are good on their word- they seem to see an upside.
Maybe they just want to have fun with this !

Yes, I read that earlier, good article. Quite thought provoking. We haven`t really seen the upside or downside of it so far, I guess we may see situations arising where players that aren`t doing well here get shipped to Sofia, or we might get a player that`s doing well there, or that`s not in the picture at Cordoba or Sheffield, but how will we feel when a player that`s flying here, ends up going to Sheffield without much of a fee between the clubs

I`m not comfortable in the slightest about multi club ownership and especially us being involved.
Ultimately sport is meant to be you against the rest, it can`t be good when one of the rest is somehow connected to you.

That`s my thoughts, if and when there is a conflict of interest, and it`s natural for the owners energy to be focused on the big teams
I only care about the Pars, if we are part of a big pool in getting better players- good. If we are just a feeder- very bad.

I was down at Hillsborough on Saturday for FA CUP. The ground is in serious need of some TLC. Could only imagine what we could achieve if the owners invested into the pars what will need invested into Wednesday

I know when we were fan owned, it was a serious ball ache for the board and others trying to balance the books, and in the end individuals had to put up a lot of money when we ran over budget - doesn`t take much to make a big loss in one season.
We never got recruitment right, just fishing in the same pool as others- and we had quite a few toxic `experienced` players.
So, anything new is worth a try. I can see the attraction, doesn`t take a fortune ( for people with access to serious money) to get us in a good place, but for a third tier English club? As you say, even the stadium needs 10s of millions to get it up to scratch, and on top they need a whole new squad- not Scottish squad, but English -serious dough.
Far better to plough it into the Pars imo...........
