Do you have a VPN on? Can happen with some sights if you forget to switch off.
I live in Malta, and happens to me sometimes, not on dafc though.

not sure if it`s related, but the dafc.net server was stuck about 3:00 this morning until 7am
(though this is realetd to the need to upgrade server - wroking on it)
I just checked dafc.co.uk - yes it is still stuck.
recently I`ve seen cloudflare having issues with connectivity
