There`s an excellent interview with Ruaridh Kilgour on Raith TV, speaking on behalf of the Board of Directors. He speaks very openly on a wide range of subjects - structure of the board and club management, inward investment, financial plans, training centre, grass pitch, football ambitions, Andrew Barrowman, John Potter, ladies' football, disabled facilities, ultra fans etc etc.
Much of what he talks about will be the experience of many other Scottish clubs, including DAFC - it sounds very much as if Rovers are perhaps where we were 2-3 years ago, transitioning from one form of ownership to another.
