Morton supporters will be asked to vote on plans for the Cappielow outfit to sign up to a £1million multi-club partnership agreement.

Founded by the former CEO of Dutch club PEC Zwolle Xander Czaikowski and businessman David Dwinger, Estrella Football Group are in the process of purchasing minority shareholdings in a number of clubs across Europe and beyond and now want to add Championship Morton to their stable.

Interesting. They currently have 1 club from the Portuguese 6th tier

My Ton pal said “Hi. Took me by surprise, not sure what the whole deal means, pros & cons etc. Sounds good initially, my big question is why us 🤔. As the fans own the club 100 per cent I wouldn’t want too much of that shareholding given away. Think the vote is a few weeks away.”
