You can see it using the hotlink widtink gave for the video, or the one I`ve given below. The scarf appears stretched across the front edge of the worktop? in the middle of the picture behind Paul Scholes, at 54:35 and 55:04.
You can clearly see `DUNF`. The scarf is white with a red line along the length of it, above and below the lettering. The lettering is grey at the bottom, paler at the top. Here is a link to the video URL that should take you there, probably after an advert for MacDonald`s (twice):

It`s curious because I don`t see any other football team items, only our scarf. Could it be connected to Sir Alex? or David Moyes?

I doubt the players/hosts will have had anything to do with the set decoration, there might be a Pars fan on the production team
