Cheers bud, that`s good of you.
Hands across The Heugh π€
Yeah, hope so. We`re getting the pitch widened, apparently, to make it compliant so lots of goals from the wings π€π€

Linlithgow 72 pts, GD 49
Clydebank 70 pts, GD 53
Bonnyrigg 69 pts, GD 38
Linlithgow will be champions if they win against Bonnyrigg next week. But if they draw or lose, then Clydebank will be champions if they beat Braves.
Bonnyrigg need to beat Linlithgow by 6 goals next week to finish above them - highly unlikely, and even if they did then a Clydebank victory would deny them the title.

That`s some run Linlithgow have been on! Nice set up, they offer more to the SFL than Edinburgh City I think
I was at The Haws- Jeanfield game today, 5-2 Jeanfield, men against boys.Would be good to see Cowden v Haws next season.

Was at the Haws game as well. Team were set up wrong. Looked like they were set up for the draw and it back fired spectacularly, manager should have stuck with the formation that got them this far. That Archie Campbell has a face you would never tire of hitting

Agreed, they looked set up wrong, there was an Arbroath style gale in the first half in their favour, yet they didn`t want to shoot, no long balls, the forwards were too far back. There`s only one tactic when this type of wind is in your favour- blast it repeatedly!

So Linlithgow Rose clinched the Lowland League title on Saturday but they do not hold the SFA Bronze licence necessary to compete in the SPFL. Accordingly, they forfeit the right to play off against Highland League champions, Brora Rangers, who will go straight into a two-leg play off final against Edinburgh City who are destined to be bottom of League 2.

That happened to Buckie in the highland league recently too. There was an issue having a full time doctor at the club. And the floodlights werenβt up to standard. They asked for the same grace period which was refused by the SFA

Presumably all the clubs know the rules at the start of the season. If they don`t take steps to comply does that maybe suggest they don`t really want promotion but would prefer to stay where they are?

Shame for Clydebank who finished a close second - you`d think they could play instead of just giving Brora a bye π€

lots of talk that brora dont even want to come up due to the prohibitive costs etc (annan away on a tuesday night anyone?). Interesting to see how the next few weeks go. Linlithgow would have known before Sat that they werent going to be contesting.
Mental they enforce rules for some clubs yet existing clubs are in breach of liecence (Edinburgh city) and the facicle situation with hamilon and clyde swapping grounds

brora had the chance a couple of years ago, but didn`t want promotion then. last season and this season they have invested in the squad ready to go up.

Linlithgow not eligible for promotion so Brora go straight into playoff final against Edinburgh City without kicking a ball.
