I think it`s best to be open with the gantry, but if we`ve shown good faith and another club refuses when we visit them, then their right to that ours should be rejected in the future.

Agreed
Should be raised at SPFL level though.
If a club actively refuses access which is contractually allowed - there should be a punishment or penalty imposed.
