Plenty teams have spent money and not had much to show for it. You still have to acquire the right players and get them playing in a way that suits them and motivates them.

Ok , so the club lost a large amount of money last year.
The club have now raised a lot of money getting to the Cup Final.
I think that is why it is called investment. 🤦♂️

The three best players yesterday were probably Ngewnya, Todd and Gilmour.
The new owner has invested money, but you have to put the transformation of Ngwenya and Todd down to NL, the coaching team and the players themselves.
Some of the improvement is down to money, but a huge amount of it is down to good man management, good coaching and good tactics.

Money doesnt gurantee anything. It may facilitate improvement, but its down to hard work, discipline, application, morale, and team spirit among the players and management. Thats where the money is. You reap what you sow.
