Does anyone have any info on when and where the final is taking place? I’m struggling to find anything about it anywhere.
Cheers.

Final is to be played in St Andrews at a date still to be confirmed. One possibility is to play it pre season.

General Zod -
I can`t find whether the game is being played tonight or not. The St Andrews FC website strangely indicates that hospitality is sold out, and that the match hasn`t kicked off yet:
https://standrewsunitedfc.co.uk/
Can anyone at the match confirm it`s on?

Just got that, Sacktheref.
Copy of ongoing match report :
The Fife Cup final was played at the Clayton Caravan Park Recreation Ground in St Andrews on a cool April Wednesday night. The Pars side was similar to that which negotiated the semi-final against Cowdenbeath augmented by the inclusion of Rory Macleod alongside fellow first team squad members Keith Bray and Ewan McLeod.
From the starting eleven that Greg Shields chose to start their last match against Hill of Beath Hawthorn in the East of Scotland Premier League, there was one enforced change with Thomas Margetts changing sides to play for his parent club. That meant Scott Bryson started in goals for St Andrews. Greg Shields made four other changes including starting former Pars man, Jason Thomson.
Early chances were limited but when Freddie Rowe was taken down on the edge of the box, Macleod took charge of the setplay but drove his shot into the St Andrews wall. The home side took the lead in 24th minute when a Lewis Milne corner from the left was forced home by THOMSON. 1-0
Six minutes later the Saints increased their lead and again it was the 38 year-old THOMSON on the scoresheet as the ball dipped down behind Margetts. 2-0
Two minutes from the break a Mark Beveridge cross reached Macleod in front of goal but his effort was blocked.
Half Time: St Andrews United 2 Dunfermline 0
ST ANDREWS UNITED: Scott Bryson: Tom Milne, Rian Dempsey, Ryan McManus (c), Kyle Sneddon, Jason Thomson, Scott Dunn, Alex McCreadie, Finlay Allan, Lewis Craik, Lewis Milne.
SUBS: Luke Murray, David Maskrey, Cammy Graham, Joe Aitken, Regan Lumsden, Anthony Gillan,
DUNFERMLINE: Thomas Margetts: Chris McDowell, Conor Walsh, Ewan McLeod, Connor Chuter: Keith Bray (c), Freddie Rowe, Zeke Cameron: Mark Beveridge, Callum Shearer, Rory Macleod
SUBS: James Hardie, Jack Quinn, Jay Haughey,, Masson Wright, Struan McLeod, Harry Reid, Leighton Farquharson (GK).

I was at the game. A young Pars team were physically out muscled by a more experienced team. Goalkeeper didn`t cover himself in glory. Maybe forgot which side he was supposed to be playing for! St Andrews goalkeeper was rarely troubled in the game. Good to see Lenny there supporting the young lads.

More or less an U18 squad…..A 17 years old GK didn’t cover himself in glory?? I’m sure that team of 16/17 years of age against a pro team did as best they could..great seeing the young players getting introduced to compete..
