 Gee thanks, Bobby Kamwa 😢

I quite liked Bobby Kamwa when he was at EEP, and didn`t think he got a long enough chance to show what he could do.

However, last week he scored twice for Newport County to give them an unlikely win against Oldham, and today he scored the winner against Barrow.

So what, you may say. Well, Barrow are my "second" team and thanks to Bobby are now relegated to the National League after a six-year spell in League Two. To be fair, having had 5 managers this season and only winning 9 games out of 46 perhaps had more to do with it ...

Shame Barrow have gone down, prefer going there instead of Crawley.
Regarding the `unlikely win v Oldham", we had a ref who decided to send off our main threat up front (we had a brilliant unbeaten run but we`ve been struggling with injuries most of the season) and effectively handed Newport a win ( we were winning at the time).
This week, the red card was correctly overturned.
That decision is probably the reason why Barrow got relegated.

I blame Andy Rhodes for this!
