Remember Greece 2004 - European Champions. I didn`t care that they weren`t a great footballing team - they were way out of their comfort zone and won against high odds.
The current Pars are playing to their limits. And today they continued to push those limits.
It`ll take a few more seasons till we have a team playing like the great Pars of the 1960s, so relax, we`re on track.

Yeh - it`s been downhill a` the way since Peter Grant. At least we were consistent then.

John Robertson on the Hearts V Rangers game.
‘At this end of the season all that maters is winning the game, how you do it is irrelevant just get the 3 points.’
That’s what we did last night………….
You’ve seen the Pars now please go home!

Trolling !
Fed up battering teams over the years and watching them snatch draws or victories. We needed to stop Arbroath winning and we did it. Great penalty save into the bargain!
Get up and go again !

Rather win ugly than play classic Barca and lose.. this is the business end of the season.
I blame Andy Rhodes for this!

I thought it was a really good performance upon reflection.
Start of both halves were always going to be tricky, got through that and in the main we looked comfortable, anyone going to Gayfield expecting to watch a good game of football were misguided.
The style in which Arbroath play make it really difficult for any team to play football there, it’s a physical battle, long balls and thought in the main we did really well.
John Tod was shaky at the start, final third we could’ve been better which is probably an area of concern going into the Partick games and the penalty was just unfortunate.
In the playoffs it’s all about doing enough to get through, we’ve done that. Tuesday is our next cup final.

A big positive is that nobody will fancy their chances on penalties

How about:
- it was the 4th clean sheet in a row
- nobody picked up any obvious injuries
- Chris Kane played the full 90 mins
- we now have more games to keep us match fit ahead of the cup final
- we held our own against a bunch of hatchet men

Your bottom point is bang on the money I’ve seen cleaner junior teams compared to that Arbroath side
