Good afternoon all.
I was pointed here by a friend as may be able to assist.
I`m looking to get some tickets for the Final for myself and my son. Sadly we aren`t season ticket holders so I cant acquire them from the club shop.
I`ve been told I can if I join the pars supporters trust. But upon trying to do so i was asked for a members number. Can anyone assist with either this registration or is there another way to do so?
Sadly my friend who used to atttend games with has moved south for work and he was the one who purchased the tickets as he was a season ticket holder and still lived in Dunfermline.
Kind regards.

Sadly he moved before the start of this season, so he`s no longer a season ticket holder, though I suppose I could certainly ask if he`s still able to.

Not just yet, but he should be able to on Monday in the open sale as they`ll have his email address.

Have you gone to any games in the last few years and bought a ticket? If so, you will be able to buy tickets in the open sale, assuming the club has a record of your email .

Oh sorry, no not yet. Sorry it`s previously had him get tickets.
I`ll try on Monday.
That said is there anyone could assist with the Pars supporters club? It asks for a members number for setting up payment.

Did your email address work? I get an email ‘not registered’ message… but can’t see a way to register.

Many thanks all.
I`ve submitted my enquiry, but sadly with no purchasing history myself I may miss out.
If this is the case would anyone be willing to purchase on my behalf? I would happy reimburse. I would say that I`m looking to bring my boys who are 8 and 5 so not in a seating area near that lot if possible!
Kind regards.

Is anyone still having issues accessing ticket sales? I`ve been a ParsTv subscriber for over 10 years and previous season ticket holder but still get the locked out message when I try and access the sales site. I`ve checked previous orders and I`m using the correct email address but still no joy.
We`re flying over from the US for the game so starting to get a bit nervous as I`ve had no response from the ticket office so far...

dont phone the club shop they are inundated and working through a backlog. Email the email address with the information asked for in the article and someone will be in touch.
"If your email is not recognised, this means you do not have a recent ticketing-buying history with DAFC.
Please note, these checks are in place to ensure tickets are only issued to Pars fans.
We appreciate not all genuine Pars supporters will have a ticketing history, including those travelling from afar, so if you are in this position, you are asked to email the club at shop@dafc.co.uk with your details. Please provide as much information as possible, such as previous shop purchases, Centenary Club membership, Pars Supporters Trust membership, Pars TV viewership, etc. The club will then contact you following manual cross-referencing."

Thanks, I`ve already emailed them but suspect it`s going to take several days to get a response hence my concern tickets may be limited by then. Was hoping someone knew a work around as having been to last cup final and now planning on taking my son to his first, I`d hate to miss it. Not to mention we already have flights booked.

Over 1️⃣3️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ tickets now sold following the opening of today`s restricted general sale.
The club shop has been inundated with emails regarding ticket eligibility. We appreciate your patience and ask that you allow up to five days for a reply.
ℹ️ tinyurl.com/vnmrb89u
The restricted general sale for our upcoming Scottish Cup Final will go live at 9am tomorrow morning (Monday 11th May).
As per the season card window, supporters can purchase up to 16 tickets per order.
When the restricted general sale window opens, you will be asked to enter your email address. Only supporters with a recent previous buying ticketing history will have access to the sale. Please note – buying from our online store or purchasing a ticket for the last game of the season or play-off match does not give you access.
Any supporter unable to purchase tickets online can visit the club shop, but you will be required to provide an email to verify previous ticket purchasing history. This will also be the same email address used to issue tickets digitally via the Hampden app.
If your email is not recognised, this means you do not have a recent ticketing-buying history with DAFC.
The club will then contact you following manual cross-referencing.
These emails will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served and case-by-case basis.
Please note the club will not take any requests via phone or the club shop.
With the current and expected volume of requests, please allow 5 days for the club shop staff to reply.
The club shop is likely to be hugely busy, and along with Tuesday night’s home playoff tie with Partick Thistle, we are encouraging as many supporters as possible to purchase both cup final and play-off tickets online to reduce queuing. Any supporter who visits the shop may be subject to lengthy waiting times.
We know many supporters will be anxious to secure their seats, but we urge patience to allow us to work through your requests. Our ticketing team will not tolerate any abusive behaviour in person, on the phones or via email.
Thank you as always for your support.
