Hope Rangers kick them off the park, with a few deed legs, that require 3 weeks recovery.

Celtic are dreadful defensively. Surely we can get at them in the final if we can keep it tight.

Celtic winning the league would be very bad news for our chances in the final.

VAR just seems like a goal purity test at this point.
What a farce.

Alternatively, if they don’t take the league they’ll be fired up for a cup win.

I don’t think what happens in the league will make any difference to our chances in the cup final…
…and based on that, I’m going to hold my nose, and for the first time in my life, hope for a rangers winner in the second half
(I feel dirty even typing that!)

A cup win doesn`t save their season. Their fans will be raging at the board and ready to turn if we start well.
If they`re going for the double in O`Neill`s farewell match, we have far less chance.

Squeaky bum time down Gorgie way.
Motherwell are capable of beating Celtic on Wed tho 🤔
God knows what`s going to happen next but if Hearts goto Parkhead and win a decider, they will fully deserve the title.
Great for neutrals for a change 👏🏼👏🏼

The result means that if Pars beat Celtic in the cup final it would demote Rangers from Europa League qualifying spot to Conference League qualifying spot.
It would be a double triumph in beating Celtic while at the same time denying Rangers a lot of dough!
A few Rangers fans may support Celtic in the final, who would`ve thought it!

So will the Pars go into the Europa League if we beat Celtic? I take it losing SC finalists no longer automatically qualify for Europe?
Not your average Sunday League player.

If Pars won the Cup they`d go into Europa League qualifying spot. They`d need to come through 2 ties to get to the league stage, or 1 tie to get to Conference League stage.
3rd and 4th in the Premiership would take up the Conference League qualifying spots.

It`s a sad indictment of the Scottish game that Celtic can be as bad as they`re ever going to get and still look on course to do the double. I`d love Hearts to hold on for the good of the game.
