On the cusp of SPFL status if they win today.
There is a DAFC connection, their former manager of the 1980s was the late Ian Hunter who tragically passed away in 1982 in his early 30s from a heart attack.
He was the unsung hero of the Pars 1968 cup win at Parkhead, coming on as sub for the crippled Jim Fraser and setting up the first goal for Hugh Robertson.
Good luck to them.

Yep I would like them to win, too.
There was a good article about the town on BBC Scotland news last night.

So Edinburgh City managed to preserve their League status with a 2-0 win over Brora.

With Brechin in the lowland league, we’ll be able to see how much effort Brora have been putting into getting a league slot.

I`m not too sure Brora are really interested in promotion, it would cost them a lot of money.

Indeed - just about every away fixture would be a long return journey - especially Stranraer and Annan.
Maybe there`s a case for having the 4th tier split into geographical divisions like in bye gone eras ?
The respective winners playoff to face the bottom side in League 1 ?
The devil would be in the detail - no ideal scenario.
