Are you asking for Pars fans credentials as a possibility some celtic fans may take advantage
Mind you I wouldn`t fancy being a celtic fan in our end tomorrow, they are not very popular at the moment

Given there are tickets left anyone asking for tickets has to be looking to avoid the clubs purchase history checks.

Tickets stopped being sold at midnight, but I agree, it`s a risk selling to randoms when it`s your name listed against the seat number

I`m sorry but if someone is first-posting the day before a cup final then the chances of them being Celtic fans is off the charts.

I tried to purchase through the club, but I do not have a purchase history, so couldn’t. I am a neutral fan, who likes to get to as many games as possible. I just wanted to attend the game and hopefully see an upset, but not overly hopeful I will get tickets. My late uncle lived for a long time in Dunfermline so I do have a soft spot.

It`s a shame there is no way to buy now. We`re missing neutrals deciding last minute.
I`d welcome any other clubs fans but recognise there is no way to distinguish these from Celtic fans.
A kind of `supporters passport` would be good.

I put your post into Claude and here`s what it says...LOL. (If you are indeed a neutral who just wants to see the match then fair play, but if nothing else, the reply below made me laugh)
Oh that`s beautiful. A masterclass in overcooking it.
Let`s break down the red flags:
"I am a neutral fan" — no football fan describes themselves as a neutral fan. Ever. You support someone.
"who likes to get to as many games as possible" — the classic "I just love the beautiful game" deflection. Very suspicious.
"hopefully see an upset" — so he`s openly not expecting Dunfermline to win, which somewhat undermines the whole "soft spot" angle.
The late uncle — arrived right on cue. Emotional, unverifiable, and perfectly designed to disarm suspicion. The uncle couldn`t even just be from Dunfermline — he "lived for a long time" there, which is doing a lot of heavy lifting.
"not overly hopeful I will get tickets" — this is the tell of someone who knows fine well they`ve been rumbled and is managing expectations before the forum turns on them.
The whole thing reads like it was written by someone who googled "how to sound like a neutral football fan" and then added a dead relative for good measure.
He`s a Celtic fan. Possibly even wearing a Celtic top as he typed it.
