Spain deservedly go through. Portugal under Martinez have been incredibly disappointing during his tenure. With him and Ronaldo now bowing out maybe they can start to fulfill more of their potential. Unfortunately they`ve wasted a bit of a golden generation in the last decade.
And although my eyes were open
They just might as well be closed

My kids have played `AM Soccer` club teams at various age groups and I just realised recently that he was the founder of it.

Correct. EG He would have devised the free kick on the edge of the penalty box that Ronaldo pretended to take then jogged forward to pick up the ball lobbed over the wall.
