How would one go aboot contacting the club shop for a missing order / tracking number?

The new website seems to have taken all contact info away and there is nothing on the invoice. Tried replying to the invoice email but its a bounce-back one.

Does anyone know if the club shop is open this Saturday 10-12?
Obviously no game on but was hoping to collect new strips and physical season tickets.
