 Progression in League Cup

Providing we beat Cove on Tuesday, we will know exactly what we need against St. Mirren to progress as all the other final group games are on Saturday. We play on Sunday.
Personally, I think that it is wrong because it affects the integrity of the competition, but I am sure we were adversely affected last season.
