Ayr are giving Kilmarnock a very good run for their money tonight, which maybe suggests we wern`t too bad last week when although outplaying them, we only got a draw.

Neil McCann looking a bit more relieved now. Anybody`s game now.
Ayr not so super after all, but a great game. Killie 3 Ayr 2.

You’re joking right, Ayr are honking and it’s clear their tactics rely on a close press and on this occasion they scored first. We have nothing to fear from them regards title challenge. Jags are our target.

Interesting that Ayr faded as the game went on. That was really noticeable last week against the Pars.
You’ve seen the Pars now please go home!

Who would be a goalie. World class save in the final minute last week to deny us the win then world class howler in the final minute last night to give Killie the win.
No more than he deserved with his time wasting with more than 30 minutes to go last week.

That was my take on the game. That approach wont get them in the mix for promotion. Its almost an acknowledgement that they need to work hard to eek out results rather than dominate and win games

Wouldnt describe it as a howler more unfortunate in that he collided with his own defender
