What a chew trying to add to Apple wallet. It would appear I used a different email the last time on the future ticketing app! It does not recognise the email I used this time and doesn’t give me an option to change. Screenshot of pdf it is then!

I had trouble adding my ticket to my Google wallet but put it down to my technophobia. Managed it eventually.
