Good to see Sam doing so well at Stenhousemuir after being released by the Pars at the end of last season. I was saddened to see him leave as I thought he showed real potential in some of the games he started with us, especially in a struggling team.
He`s still only 20 and I`ll be keeping an eye on his progress. He would probably struggle to get a game in the current Pars team, as Abdulai and SCH are a class act, but the latter is not our player, and I doubt whether Dundee United would be ever prepared to sell him to the Pars.
Not your average Sunday League player.
