Ryan Jack looking for a club. We could be doing with someone like him to instill a bit of grit and urgency into our midfield. Could be worth pushing the boat out a bit - he might fancy working with NL ?

I’m not sure Ryan Jack would suit us. He’s injury prone and at the end of his career. I don’t know if he’d still have it either - I’d need to see him play.

Injury prone, 34 years old and hasn`t played since last season, never mind pre season training.
I guess in the old days we would take a chance, but in his position we`ve plenty cover surely.
My own thoughts are our squad is big enough, good enough and we get on with what we have

Midfield isn’t really the problem anymore, we lack intelligent movement up front and some good quality wingers.

He`s played for a Turkish team the last couple of years, last appearing on the 19th of April by the looks of it so might not be in bad shape. We don`t need him though.
He`s from Aberdeen (remember the outcry when he signed for The Rangers..) so wouldn`t be surprised to see him ending up at Cove/Peterhead/Arbroath/Montrose.

Hopefully we don`t see ourselves as a dumping ground for decrepit old duds. ( Sorry Ryan, but we all arrive there at some point). Give me young and hungry any time. Is our recruitment system trial and error or do we have any faith in our initial player assessment? Let the guys we`ve signed prove their worth.
