`Dunfermline Athletic is proud to announce a new collaboration with Stjärna Apparel, the independent Scottish fashion brand created in the city, with a limited edition first collection.
The debut range features one hoodie and two t-shirts, designed by Stjärna exclusively for the club, combining Stjärna`s signature style with Dunfermline Athletic`s identity. Pieces will be available in limited numbers from the club shop and online.`
There are more details and pics on COWS. The man behing Stjarna is Mikey Mlotkiewicz who was general manager at EEP not so long ago I think.

The Stjärna gear is usually spot on. I think Mikey maybe missed the mark a wee bit with these ones, but really good news we are trying to create alternative gear outwith the usual nylon, over designed cr@p we usually get from the strip manufacturers.
Let`s hope this tie in continues and gives us a better choice going forwards. Always amazes me you can`t just get simple gear like a cotton t shirt with a small club badge on it.

It is good that the club shop is diversifying as it`s a bit empty when you can`t get a choice of scarves, baseball caps or shirts.
There should be a better choice of t shirts, sweatshirts etc not just the ERREA over priced stuff.
These ones are not to my taste as seem to concentrate on the brand rather than the club, but people will like them and buy them.
Please more choice in the club shop and more initiatives like this.

I`ve got loads of stuff from Stjarna in the past, I really like it, well designed, good quality clothing. Got a few of their T shirts similar to these in The Pars range, but I`m actually not a huge fan of the 3 items here, compared to some of the good stuff they have had out in the past, like the track top based on that mid 90s shirt, and some of the stuff they had out for Kelty Hearts and East Fife. I see they have a range of merchandise out for The Draymin though, including a football shirt that looks like it would make a great Pars shirt.
