 Formation & Team Selection

Lennon doesn’t yet know his preferred team and what is the best formation. Josh Copper never has a decent game when on from the start seems to be more of an impact sub. Tod was dropped to the bench as you could see he was off form. More of a striker than out wide. Keith Bray and Rory McLeod never really got into the game today and i think we have better players on the bench. Olly Thomas should have been on earlier depending on fitness. Oil Shaw has banged in goals at all of his other teams but not for us. The same with Connor Young maybe not good enough for this level or not getting the same opportunities. Looks like SCH is gonna be out injured which is a blow but a chance for Aaron Donnelly looked good when he came on and has the ability to launch it in the box as he has a long throw on him. Something that we have missed since Lewis McCann left. You see a lot of other teams using the long throw when they can, get it in the box and hopefully get more chances. I like Charlie Gilmour and what I’ve seen of Corbally looks good i would play both of them ahead of Bray & McLeod. When we ran through Livi today it worked with SCH, Nuru and Fraser having some good runs this might have been a game also more suited to Morrison. We really need a win against Partick now on Tuesday which ain’t going to be easy. COYP!!
