Unfortunately im not in a position to buy any season tickets just now. I have no income at all. Maybe by the time the tickets are available or season starts ill be in a better position but right now my hands and feet are tied.

I've updated the results.
My suggestion for now is to supply one season ticket to the winner but cancel or hold back the option for second season ticket.

Brian, don't want to cause any hassle. But as I believe it to be 1/ extra points for league winners/ top scorer earn 10 points each which would put me as first paying member.(this has definitely not been added to the scores)
And 2/ only paying members win any prizes going.
I enjoy the challenge and understand parrots current predicament but there is a reason why some choose to donate and some don't 👍

From the rules you had to have donated to get monthly prizes.
I asked the question specifically about the main prize before the season started as I was really hard up at the time and couldn't afford to donate as I had in season 2017-18.
If this is how it is to be then it has to be called an entry fee and not a donation so things are clear.
The only bit in the rules relating to the donation and prizes is this.
"We sometimes will have monthly prize for highest points won that month, only those that have made a donation will be entitled to a monthly prize (for season 2018-2019 we have yet to decide if we have monthly prizes). End of season prizes provided by Squealadeal will for the overall winners . More details to follow"

When I asked if donation was required to be able to win prize someone pointed out that the home page for prediction league states.
"The competition is free but we welcome a donation of £5.00. Squealadeal prizes will be for anybody that has entered and submitted their team name as 'dafc.net'."
They said that they believed this meant everyone was eligible and at no point in the rest of the thread was this contradicted.
If it required a donation to win surely it would be stated here?

ok, lots of confusion here :o)
I had forgotten at the beginning of this season (as is stated on the front page of the prediction league) that anybody can win the prize (different from previous years), apologies for my error on that issue.
Squealadeal stated at the beginning of the season that all entries are valid.
We recently stated that due to circumstances that we would now only be givving out the one prize (due to the effects of the current pandemic)
I have removed the Winning Team and Top scorer and the points have reverted back (I thought that I had already included the winning extra points and I belive that I had done so)
On monday I will re-calculate the scores for Winning team and Top Scorer.

Thanks for looking into it Brian (I did say I wasn't looking to cause hassle 🙂)
Wasn't aware of the rule change this year.
I see it as a bit of fun and gives me a further reason to check on the other results in the division.
£5 a season is nothing considering the effort put into it.
Hopefully the competition will return in the new season 👍

thanks Steve, it is good that you checked as I should have sorted it sooner ;o)
sadindiefreak, is there an IP address associated/showing when you try and send mail ?
I added some script to prevent hackers breaking in, I think the issue was when the message got retired that it saw the message as a potential hack. I think I fixed that issue, I just need to find out your IP address so I can unban it :o)
