On a bus, a priest sat next to a drunk who was struggling to read the newspaper.
Suddenly, in a slurred voice, the drunk asked the priest:
Do you know what arthritis is? The priest immediately decided to take advantage of the situation and lecture the drunk and replied: "It`s a disease caused by a sinful and undisciplined life: excess, alcohol consumption, drugs, marijuana, crack, and certainly lost women, prostitutes, promiscuity, sex, binge eating, and other things I dare not mention."
The drunk WIDE-EYED fell silent and continued reading the newspaper.
Shortly afterwards, the priest, thinking he had been too harsh on the drunk, tried to soften him up.
"How long have you had arthritis? What? What? Ah, arthritis, no, I don`t have it. The newspaper says the POPE, the POPE DOES."
Not your average Sunday League player.
