Disappointing move by the MEPs to continue to keep expenses from being reviewed.
People view politicians with deep scepticism at the best of times so refusing to declare spending originating from tax payers all over Europe is disappointing.
We've seen first hand in the UK how expenses can be abused and that was with some degree of oversight so this is a bit backward on the transparency stakes.
