Alistair Jack has very kindly written a “Dear Humza” letter offering to help in developing a system for the recall of naughty MSP’s, like the one that urrently applies to MPs.
Now Alistair was no doubt chuckling when he penned this missive as he is of course just stirring it up over the Matheson scandal. I imagine Humza will choke on his muesli when he reads it but he surely can’t refuse this generous offer. He is always banging on about more powers after all...!
