Luxembourg is prepared to send troops to secure a peace settlement in Ukraine, Prime Minister Luc Frieden told parliament on Tuesday, adding that the history books will record that the country “was on the right side in 2025”.

We have a professional army, not actually ‘volunteers’…
A ‘volunteer army’ means that everyone applies to join, with no national service or conscription.
But I would be astounded if anywhere near 900 went
