Apparently quoted in saying the £5m that didn`t come to Dunfermline in the end would`ve been a waste of money and it would`ve been better out towards HS2 going to Edinburgh or Glasgow.
1. It was HIS party who committed to the funding.
2. Unless HS2 has flying trains, it can`t possibly reach anywhere in Scotland.
3. Delivering HS2 to Scotland for £5m would be a genuine miracle.
It`s amazing just how ignorant he is.
