I usually scrape some Marmite (or similar) on the toast before the topping. Adds a salty flavour that complements the rest of it.

We are lucky having two Avocado trees in the garden. Vervet monkeys and birds love them too. I like them with some Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce.
