Hi guys
I’ve had to reset my password about 20 times in the last few weeks. It seems every time I’m logged out my password then isn’t accepted when I log in.
My password saves on to my phone so it pre-populates, I’ve checked it and it’s correct.
Is there a known issue?

Hmmm.... That's one I haven't heard of before.
I'm sure the tech team will look into it for you.
Can you provide more details to help them?
Website or app?
If app, which version are you using? Android or iPhone?
Anything else you can think of that might aid them in pinpointing the problem?

Hi guys
Just the website, not the app. This has happened about 20 times over the past 6 weeks maybe. I've tried logging on my phone (iPhone), work desktop computer and a new laptop I bought a couple of weeks ago.
Seems every time I'm logged out and try and log in the password and usernames don't match. I've just had to reset it just now despite doing this only on Sunday.

Also, I reset my password using the laptop and straight away tried to log in via iPhone and it didn't work due to a username/password mismatch.

Hi guys, I’m still having the same issues with this.
I reset my password last night and logged in via internet on my phone. I then downloaded and logged in on the app.
I’ve just tried to log in using my laptop and I’ve got the message “your username and password didn’t match, please try again”. Now the password I’ve gave myself is an easy one to remember and I’m definitely not misspelling anything.
Is there a limit as to how many devices you can be logged in under one user in one go?

issue appears to be you have two emails in the system, hence password issues
