there has been a problem where the post form has disappeared.
apologies for this.
I have identified why this has happened, due to issues with teh server upgrade and the new software incompatable with the forum software (which was origianlly developed in 2000, yes 20 years ago ! ;o) )
the site will need some further updates to solve this and other issues.
