did anybody have an issue this evening ?
did your ISP block DFAC.net due to suspciaious web site activity ?
I see other people are accessing it, but some may have issues until teh DNS data gets refreshed.
what happened was Burty told me .net was down.
I check and it appeared to SKY to be blocked.
I checked the DNS settings and they seemed to point to somewhere else (dodgy links)
issue seemed to be my DNS provider in germany had given out the wrong DNS and IP data.
I took control back and seem to have sorted, needless to say they have been informed.
my blood pressure is stabilised a little ;o)) (hope I don`t appear to be rambling !)

ok, cheers, I`m still seeing some problems while checking DNS ino
but I may have sorted the issue before most people knew it.
many thanks to Burty for reporting to me the issue.
I am at my daughters as it seems SKY had blocked DAFC.net as there was suspicious activity

for a few hours I could not get on App ,
couldn`t access on phone or laptop my ISP blocked it due to suspicious activity ! but it appears now to be ok !

wulliepars yes indeed that seemed to be the problem.
it is currently accessible on some ISP`s but some need to wait an hour or two before they update their DNS servers again.
try using mobile or another ISP in short term.

Same as dafcchris and Parak - app working on data but not WiFi , but now working, so yes the ISP must have been blocking.

Cheers, I still can`t access in sky, but am expecting to in the morning
This shows exactly the level of hackers out there, I`m sure I spend half my time dealing with potential break ins.
I`ve thousands of banned IP addresses that have tried to break into servers.
Dafc.net is looking for people to work on the site and servers. You will learn a lot 😁

Even worse than that, I had a debt recovery agency sending me a letter yesterday telling me I had to pay money based upon a PayPal amount I had never authorised before, from an email account that was different to mine. That was a first! Sorted now.
For me, the App just kept crashing but working now ok.

First thing is NEVER TRUST
sad that now there is so much hacking, malware
Be very very vigilant.
Last night`s episode shows that even DAFC.net can`t be trusted.
I`m back in to the website with SKY broadband again so our serious problems have been resolved.

Hello Brian I connect via iPhone 8 iOS 14.7.1 through virgin media. The app would immediately crash every time.

I'm on Virigin broadband with the Android app and there were a few hours where there was a red box in the app saying that .Net couldn't be accessed. Didn't try the mobile provider network.
