I have tried to change my password using the forgotten password function but when I get the email the attachment refuses to open saying that it does not have the app to do so. Password change has always worked in the past. Help!!!

I`m not sure about the message you said about the app
I just tried to request a password email and all worked for me.

Managed to get a new password email yesterday which worked fine thanks but can`t see how change password. Pointers would be gratefully received.
