Your Legends Wanted
Date: Tuesday, 20th Aug 2002After a lot of sweat blood and tears, Legends the new bar within Dunfermline Athletic finally opened for business on Friday 9th August. Your ideas wanted.
On the site of the old Premier lounge and previously the old Paragon - Legends is now a state of the art 'Sports Bar' and definitely worth a visit.
Legends will operate as a public bar Monday to Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. with no entry fee - except for Saturdays prior to the game when it reverts to a membership only bar (due to licensing regulations) - from 5.30 onwards
it reverts back to a public bar. Sundays it operates from 12.30 -2.30 and 6-11 p.m.
Murals of famous sporting legends such as Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali, Diego Maradona all adorn the walls.
DAFC haven't forgotten about the many Pars legends, which is why there is a number of spaces on the walls, as fans opnions are required, nominate who your legends would be.
To complete the decoration at Legends DAFC are looking for your nominations of Pars legends through the ages and will create the ultimate Legends Pars Team mural.
Closing date for suggestions is August 31st and the ultimate Legends will be announced at the game on the 1st September 2002.
