 Rovers tickets

Are up. £24 for an adult is a bit pricey but offset for the under 12’s being free.
Worth every penny when we return to East End after royally stuffing them.

Way too pricey. For a lot of folk this`ll mean they cannot go.

Should be 20 tops.

Good deal if you have kids but pricey if not.

24 quid is a disgrace.
Can see a lot of “under 16s” at this game for a tenner.

What did we charge for the game against them at East End?

Same as we charge everyone else.

I suppose a lot of teams put prices up when the big teams visit.

£24 is a disgrace for tier 2 football in Scotland.

Have paid it due to it being the Rovers and being able to afford it but many wont which is the real shame.

Football fans being priced out of the game.

Don`t laugh too much. Supporters of that wee team are striding about West Fife just now like they own it. We need to do the business against them and that`s not going to be easy. If our game doesn`t go ahead on Saturday we will be going into the Raith game very rusty, not having played for about a month.

Me and my lad would normally be going to Rovers away but decided not to, out of principal.
So their bid to squeeze more money out of Pars fans has lost them at least two ticket sales
Time to stand up to clubs taking the pihs.
Hope the Pars gub them.

Bit the bullet and bought my ticket, even after last weeks disappointing result.

Couldn`t miss it, playing 8 miles down the road, let`s show them who the wee team are!

Only a couple of hundred away tickets left, looks like we will have a big support.

“Strange the difference in a cup of coffee can stop you watching your team.”

As I said it’s the principal, if they get a full away stand today, what’s to stop them charging £26 or £27 next time.

Probably not cost them anything though, the extra ticket money more then covers you for it going. Strange the difference in a cup of coffee can stop you watching your team.

Hate to see what happens should we get promoted.

But it has. It`s lost them £52 in ticket sales and any refreshment purchase revenue.

If it is a sellout in the away end, does this not mean in a market driven world Raith were correct at their price pitch.

BTW, I don’t like it as a supporter but have to accept that if we have sold our allocation the Raith business boys got it bang on.

It`s a difficult one and, if I didn`t qualify for a concession. I`d resent paying £24 but there have been enough blank Saturdays already this season so I`m going.

Good to see the principled fans making a stand for the good of all.

Me I`ll be there with thousands of my fellow fans could not sit in the house when my team are playing just along the road, £2 dose not justify me missing the match in my opinion, but everyone has there own opinion and choice to make.

Guess I`m just a mug supporter who is easy to take advantage of, but if we win today I certainly wont be feeling like a mug.

Suppose that`s true enough. Even if they end up a couple of hundred short of sell out they`d still make more than charging the normal price and selling out. Damned economics! Although I suppose that assumes that the people still spend the same at the game. Some might look in their pocket and decide against that coffee or sausage roll.

Jake, it is definitely fleecing the fans, but they could come to rue any such decision if the Rovers are flying come the next derby game at East End. It will be time for our new business team to bare their teeth, methinks.
