can you try the Settings icon and choose say 720 to see if it improves.
ah, did you get in touch previously ? and we setup a 720p stream which was better ?

I have no idea what set up was better. I`ve got it on 360p and it`s at least not refreshing every 10 seconds although it`s like watching early 90s TV.

I thought so too a few weeks ago but even tried the neighbours WiFi to find there was no change. 2 wifis two laptops, 2 beers didn`t change it. No idea anymore.
At some point a year or two ago it worked incredibly smoothly.

Not being smart but if there was an issue with your wifi there is a strong possibility your neighbour had the same problem.
Can`t explain the beers not working though. That usually does the trick :)

I am genuinely interested in finding if people have problems and how we solve them. the reason I ask for more information is to determine what could be causing an issue. (not because i want to deflect the issue away and pretend there is not a problem.)
it`s clear that people did not have any issues but that some did, but with the wide range of technology there may well be issues, which we do need to investigate and find solutions for. any help is greatly appreciated.
