He said he had applied for the Aberdeen job a few years ago but never received a reply. I find that quite surprising. I would have expected everyone who applied to get a response even if it was only a standard rejection letter. Football`s a small world and you never know when paths might cross again...

Lost 2-1 at Ibrox.
Ross County were pumped 5-0 at Motherwell. Since they refused to let Brophy join us on loan he has sat on the bench without kicking a ball. Strange.
